Rodeo Santa Fe Mexican Restaurant in Stevenson

Great food, quick service, attentive waitstaff. Chips and salsa brought out immediately when seated, barely a wait for food once ordered. Had steak tacos. Authentic food, not americanized, by choice. Ordered corn tortillas instead of flour ones. Definitely will be back!

Went for lunch around 1:30 ordered the lunch fajitas ...the chips and salsa was really good .when my fajitas came I was disappointed with the portion I recieved .the steak was so tiny I could hardly distinguish it from some of the over cooked onions, the pico de gallo was overly strong with cilantro .maybe dinner portions are better.. service was good.

We go to lunch here every Tuesday with a group of about 10 to 18 depending, they are actually quite prompt at getting the food out. It's very tasty too, staff is very nice too.

My good was excellent and so was our sons but Steve's steak was thin as paper and hard to chew.

The food was not good at all. served 5 seconds heated in a microwave a rubbery. So disappointed in the food here. Management lady is so rude. I will never go back here again

Food was really good quality, and fresh too! Cilantro tasted freshly chopped that's a great sign. Only two complaints. 1. was it took a good minute for the wait staff to get us seated our drinks and food ordered. But that's understandable we were a large party. And 2. I asked the waiter for queso and I never received it the whole time I was there. Neither of which are a big deal like I said there was probably 20 of us. Overall a reslly pleasent experience.

This fine Mexican restaurant in our little town of stevenson Al.Believe me when your order your food its ready quickly.. They serve you plenty when you leave I promise you will be full.. It is some of the best Mexican food around..

I have been to alot of Mexican restaurants but this one is my favorite. I love the atmosphere, the food and the staff. And they have very reasonable prices.

The employees are incredibly nice, they do their best to make you(the customer) happy! They keep the restaurant clean/organized!

Was not impressed....the shrimp chimichonga was loaded with peppers and onions only two or three shrimp in the whole thing ..the enchiladas were covered in cheese not enchilada sauce....my shrimp fajitas were great....not the best unless you want all vegetables....

There are a multitude of other Mexican restaurants nearby that are far superior than this location. Ordered off the lunch menu, they attempted to charge me full dinner price for the same plate. After my food was served, I was never check back on again. I would rather have a truck stop burrito, than anything off their menu.

This place is very easy to pass by if you aren't paying attention. If you like Mexican food that's well-prepared and presented and full of flavor you need to try this place. The portions are generous. Everything we've tried here has been fresh and tasty. The chips are perfectly crisp but not too heavy or greasy. The salsa was bold; the thickness of it was refreshing with bits of onion, garlic, jalapenos, and cilantro. We love the "street tacos" that we used to get when traveling to CA and AZ. You used to be unable find anything like them around here...until we found Rodeo Santa Fe. The street tacos there are packed with tender bits of seasoned meat, diced onions and generous amounts of cilantro on 4 round corn tortillas and served with lime wedges to fresh-squeeze over it and salsa. Yummy! And it's all served by efficient, helpful and friendly staff in a clean, pleasant environment. Rodeo Santa Fe is the best Mexican restaurant in this area, hands down.

Decent food, service was fast. Not the best and certainly not the worst.
